• To allow for check-in and preparation, clients are urged to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may reduce service time and will still be charged full price.

  • Clients can schedule appointments online. Rescheduling and canceling is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment. If rescheduled or canceled under 24 hours before the appointment, we will charge 100% of the service fee No shows will also be charged for the full price of the appointment. Clients with packages may lose a session from the package. Please reschedule or cancel 24 hours before the appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.

  • Any injuries, allergies, medical illnesses, or other health issues that might impair our ability to provide service must be disclosed by clients to us. We ask that clients maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene while they are here. Thara Wellness adheres to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols.

  • Anyone who behaves inappropriately or aggressively, makes inappropriate requests, is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who violates any of our policies and procedures may be refused service.

  • At the time of service, payment is expected. We take credit cards, cash, and other payment methods. Personal checks are not accepted by us.

  • Gratuity is not included in the service price. As a women run business, tips are highly appreciated.
